1. Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing infodexmedia.com, requesting a quote, signing a service proposal or paying an invoice, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept them, please do not engage our services.
2. Services Offered
InfoDex Media offers digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, Shopify development, web development, mobile app development, graphic design, video production, AI lead generation, marketing automation, chatbots, GoHighLevel implementation, domain and hosting, and related growth services. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for your project are defined in your signed proposal.
3. Project Scope And Changes
Every engagement starts with a written scope of work. Anything outside that scope is treated as a change request and may require additional time or budget. We always confirm scope changes in writing before billing for them.
4. Fees And Payment
Payment terms are stated in each proposal. Standard terms are 50 percent at project kick off and 50 percent at delivery for one off projects, monthly upfront for retainers and ad spend prepaid directly to the platform or to InfoDex Media. Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payments may pause active work until cleared.
5. Client Responsibilities
To hit deadlines we need timely access to your brand assets, accounts, approvals and feedback. Delays on your side may shift project timelines. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information, claims or content you provide for use in campaigns.
6. Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid in full, you own all final deliverables created for your brand. InfoDex Media retains the right to display non confidential work in our portfolio, case studies and pitch decks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Third Party Platforms
Our services often rely on third party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, GoHighLevel and various hosting and CRM tools. We are not liable for platform outages, policy changes, account bans or pricing changes outside our control.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information, strategies, financials and assets private. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA for sensitive engagements.
9. Performance And Results
While we apply the same rigorous, AI ready playbook that drives results for 500 plus brands, marketing and SEO outcomes depend on market, budget, product fit and competition. We guarantee effort, transparency and expertise, not specific revenue numbers, unless explicitly stated in your proposal.
10. Termination
Either party may end a retainer with 30 days written notice. Fees for the notice period and any out of pocket costs already committed remain payable. Work completed up to termination remains the property of the client once invoices are settled.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoDex Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client to InfoDex Media in the 3 months before the claim.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be addressed through good faith negotiation, then through the courts of Karachi if needed.
